Purpose

The Finance Brain Employee Registry defines the official AI employee roles that operate inside Finance Brain.

It exists to:

clarify role ownership
separate finance responsibilities
prevent role confusion
support governance visibility
improve structural discipline
reduce overlap between finance functions

Finance Brain exists to protect survivability, capital discipline, and downside control across MWMS.

The Employee Registry ensures those responsibilities are assigned clearly across the Finance Brain role structure.

Purpose:

does not deploy capital directly
does not execute Ads or Affiliate decisions

Role Type:
Capital discipline and allocation logic role

Purpose:
Evaluates whether capital movement is structurally justified under Finance Brain rules.

Responsibilities:

interprets allocation logic
supports allocation ladder discipline
reviews capital deployment readiness
checks exposure against approved logic

Boundary:

does not create opportunities
does not interpret ad creative
does not override survivability guardrails

  1. Survivability Guardrail Analyst

Role Type:
Downside protection and risk-boundary role

Purpose:
Protects MWMS from capital movement that threatens survivability.

Responsibilities:

monitors downside tolerance
supports guardrail enforcement
reviews exposure concentration risk
flags survivability breach conditions

Boundary:

does not pursue upside-first logic
does not relax guardrails without authority
does not replace HeadOffice override process

Role Type:
Pressure detection and financial stress role

Purpose:
Detects emerging pressure conditions that may require caution, pause, or escalation.

Responsibilities:

tracks financial pressure signals
monitors timing burden
reviews stress patterns
supports caution posture when pressure rises

Boundary:

does not authorise strategic pivots
does not allocate capital
does not define experimentation validity

Role Type:
Profit interpretation and earnings quality role

Purpose:
Evaluates whether apparent profitability is structurally sound and decision-useful.

Responsibilities:

reviews profitability quality
checks revenue realism
interprets revenue classification logic
supports quality-of-profit assessment

Boundary:

does not replace accounting implementation
does not approve scaling by itself
does not override survivability logic

Role Type:
Testing exposure discipline role

Purpose:
Evaluates whether testing-stage capital use remains bounded and justified.

Responsibilities:

supports Phase 4 testing financial discipline
reviews testing allocation bands
checks affiliate testing capital requests
supports bounded testing exposure logic

Boundary:

does not design experiments
does not interpret signals on behalf of Experimentation Brain
does not execute ad-platform testing

Cross-brain integrity and escalation support role

Purpose:
Supports Finance Brain interaction with SIT, Affiliate Brain, Experimentation Brain, and HeadOffice when financial integrity or escalation conditions appear.

Responsibilities:

supports escalation visibility
helps maintain finance-related decision traceability
supports structured cross-brain coordination

does not replace SIT authority

does not act as autonomous veto beyond Finance Brain scope

Registry Integrity Rule

If a new Finance Brain AI role is created, renamed, merged, or retired, this registry must be updated.

If role structure changes without registry update, Finance governance visibility weakens.
